You’ll get a secure booking contract which ensures the commitment of your Acoustic Band, and which covers you against a multitude of eventualities. Your contract sets out what’s been agreed between you and the artist, such as the event date, event address, performance times, specific performance requirements, the agreed fees and the payment terms - amongst other things. The artist can’t be substituted for another without your approval, and should something unforeseen happen, you’ll be covered by out-of-hours emergency support.
